Jessica Waites is the Interim Director of the Career and Professional Development office at Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ.
Jessica joined Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ in 2025. She previously served as the Assistant Director of Internships and Employment at Lynn University in Boca Raton, FL. She received a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership, Higher Education/Student Personnel as well as a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida.
On the Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ, I strategically cultivate and strengthen relationships with and between employers, students, alumni, faculty, and staff to maximize student employability. I also oversee outreach initiatives and programming around internship development and employer engagement. My goal is to create opportunity and bring awareness to our emerging leaders in the workforce.
